Great if you're headed to a vet appointment
Had a comfortable room with a lovely balcony for some fresh air during our stay. The front desk staff were so nice, Carlos even gave my dog a little treat bag, which was unexpected but good.
It wasn't cheap but still acceptable.

great access to parks and landmarks for weekend strolls
I loved the spacious room with blackout curtains that made it so comfortable for a weekend stay while enjoying easy access to beautiful Pullen Park just under 5 km away and the North Carolina Museum of Art which is only about 1.5 km away, perfect for walking and exploring city life.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, especially the friendly staff who made us feel welcome. Our kids loved the spacious Queen Room, and we had a lovely time exploring the nearby JC Raulston Arboretum, which had beautiful flora. Breakfast options were decent too.
My children wished for better noise insulation between rooms.

Had a fantastic time with friends! We loved exploring the beautiful JC Raulston Arboretum and even squeezed in some golfing. The breakfast was hot and tasty, and the pool area was perfect for relaxing together. Overall, it was a great value for the price, and I highly recommend it!
Only downside was the housekeeping staff. A maid walked in even with the Do Not Disturb sign on my door, which was a bit awkward.

We had a mixed stay at the Ramada. First off, the location is great—close to the PNC Arena, making it convenient for the concert we attended. The staff at check-in was friendly and quick, which made arriving smooth. Our room had a mini fridge and microwave, which we appreciated. However, the room showed signs of age. The ceiling had some obvious damage, and we noticed what looked like mold that had been poorly painted over. The back door didn't close properly, raising security concerns. The breakfast options were decent, but the eggs were greasy and there was no bacon available. One major downside was the refrigerator in our room. it leaked and was dirty upon arrival, and we had to clean it ourselves. Water pressure in the shower was really low, making it hard to rinse off. Overall, it had its pluses, but maintenance and cleanliness need attention.
